Wear Resistant Hard-Faced Plates

We provide standard and customized hard-faced plates engineered for superior resistance to extreme abrasive wear. These plates are ideal for demanding applications in various industries, including coal mining, ore processing, power generation, cement production, steel and iron production, recycling, and agriculture. They are suitable for manufacturing parts and components for earth-moving equipment, chutes, ventilators, cyclones, elbows, pipes, fire grates, and more. Available in various dimensions and thicknesses, the plates offer a typical hardness range of 58-68 HRC and heat resistance up to 650°C, depending on the specific chemical composition of the hard-faced layer. We offer standard plate sizes up to 2000mm x 4000mm and can custom-cut plates to your specific drawing requirements.
